Rub I used from the best BBQ place ever (located in Louisville).
I prefer dry rubbed ribs with sauce to dip in after if people want
Gave my meat a good ole rub then put back into the fridge all day
Just after resting before putting on grill
Kept at a lower heat (roughly 300) spritzed with apple juice every 20ish minutes and sprinkled more rub on it

Actually got a bit of a smoke ring from using a couple "smoke bombs" and a weber brand smoker basket
Ribs were so good 'as is' nobody even used any BBQ sauce
