I would notice the flag right away if I was inspecting this office. The women in the photo aren't wearing a blouse or proper uniform when meeting with the President. AI has trouble with getting uniforms correct. It tried to cheat by putting patches on the undershirt. US Uniforms only have a flag patch on the right sleeve. I'm a 25 year veteran so I notice things like this.
