Early March - first planted; scallion (green/bunching) onions.

Early March - first planted. Sage on the left, some spinach in the middle, petunias on the right

Early April - 1 month in the bed. From the left are scallion (green/bunching) onions, petunias, sage, spinach and more petunias.

Early April - 1 month in the bed. From the left are scallion (green/bunching) onions, petunias, sage, spinach and more petunias. Also visible are the cow vetch above them.

Early May - a cow vetch glamor shot. While short lived, they are pretty and go with our purple and white theme!

Mid May (day of posting) - have started cooking with the scallion (green/bunching) onions, spinach is bolting (got a couple good sized harvests off them too), and the petunias have basically taken over. The sage is nestled in there too.

Mid May (day of posting) - showing off our almost entirely white petunia flower next to our almost entirely purple petunia flower. What beauties.
