Is it me or does the frosting or cream used in these cakes no longer taste the same as before? I feel like the recipe or something changed around 3-5 years ago

looks good. yes, well greek yogurt is a good substitute for whipped cream, and if you must, mix in a few drops of honey, and store-bought angel food cake mix, remove the sugar option, substitute with pureed apple
