Honestly, not a critique of anyone who does it, but still a little backwards. I'd rather everyone just be themselves, as long as you're not straight-up rude, it shouldn't matter. I know that's not how businesses see it, but I feel like most people would agree. Good for you for putting in so much effort, though.
