I have good news! There are so many men who have seemingly dedicated their lives to acting in such a way that makes women want to beat their ass, so you have a lot of people to pull from.
I really appreciate a woman who loves strct discipline, routine and dedication, and who when in the mood could throw me over her shoulder like a small squealing bag if potatoes.
I'm honestly asking this in good faith: If you want to work with a specific actor but they don't look like the character you envisioned isn't it just natural to use costume and makeup to bridge the gap?
That's a valid starting point, but it's a bit more complex than that. If the character is latino, why would a non-latino actor to play it? If the actor is more important, can you make the character non-latino? And if you really want that actor and that character ethnicity, why not just keep the actor's face as is, and go for "yeah, this white dude is Mexican, so what?" [Incidentally, this is what we do nowadays with the role of Othello in Verdi's opera: white singer plays it, no blackface.] 1/
And of course, there is the more pressing matter of representation (or lack thereof), exploitation and all the facets of racism that come with it. Was there really *no one* of the character's ethnicity that could have played it? Or was I just biased when I thought that only white people could really do it? Thing is, this is not just "you have blue eyes, we're gonna put some contacts on you for the character", it participates in erasing a whole ethnicity from media, in many ways. 2/

How on Earth does someone get charges dismissed when it involves police accusing you of attempted battery and destruction of police property?

Look. I've got a firm policy to not date any woman who could beat my ass. Unless she's willing to beat my ass.

and perpetuates a practice inevitably linked to minstrelsy, which is really not a reference we should be basing current attitudes on.
