Rock biscuit ?

Aug 31, 2020 2:15 PM

Hey imgur, maybe you can help me? My mother found this on the beach at Stromboli, Italy. It is 3×5 cm (1,2×2 in) approximately. It is rock, and maybe a part of something bigger.
If you have the slightest clue of what it is you would make me very happy (silly answers are very welcome)
Thanks a lot !

Well look where she found it! It's clearly a petrified prehistoric ancestor of the modern Stromboli pastry.

That's a petrified Chicken in a Biscuit. Made before they put more holes in them to hold the aerosol cheese. /a/jJbFryz

Looks like it once was a larger plate with equally distanced holes in it. It borke and water sanded it down, that's why it looks like a 1/2
