Nine days into a war in 2026, they're still settling scores from 2021.

Three years ago, Congress passed a law requiring a plaque honoring the police officers who protected the Capitol on January 6. They had to sue to get it displayed, and when it finally went up this morning, two workers bolted it to a wall at 4 a.m. in a hallway the public can't reach. The law said every officer's name should be on it, but they put up a QR code instead. Daniel Hodges, the Metropolitan Police officer who was crushed in the west front doors, steps from where the plaque now hangs, says the lawsuit continues because the plaque still doesn't comply with the law.

But Rep. Barry Loudermilk and House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan made time this week to file a criminal referral against Cassidy Hutchinson for testimony she gave four years ago. Loudermilk has spent years trying to rewrite the history of January 6.

Six soldiers killed in Kuwait came home in caskets today. We've attacked Iran, Syria, Venezuela, and Nigeria since Christmas. That didn't stop Donald Trump from signing a proclamation today committing lethal military force against cartels in 17 countries. And through all of it, the MAGA movement still makes time to go after people who told us what we saw on our own televisions was real.

#9 is textbook malicious compliance. They "honor" the brave officers by not letting the public see it, and then treating it like a menu in a trendy restaurant by just adding a QR code. It's embarrassing, really.

Jesus Christ, which countries are the USAssholes attacking in total across the globe? Did strikes in Venezuela, threatening Cuba, bombing Iran, bombed Yemen, threatening Greenland, Mexico, Canada.

#5 Trump's "home" should be stated as The White House. It should be.
He could also call his "home" somewhere six feet deep

#8 The next time they're cornered by a mob that means to kill them, I hope they think about that.

Rep. Susan Collins can go stuff it. She voted to acquit Trump, saying he'd "learned his lesson." And he didn't CLEARLY. Despite all that, she's still on "Team Trump" and a thorn in the side of democracy.

@GeorgeBounacos Thanks for keeping track at a time when there's just so much to keep track of.

You're welcome - it's accelerating and spreading at the same time so I'm glad you're here to help us amplify it'

Considering how many countries we're attacking, I'm not convinced that our military is not being spread thin on purpose. We're the largest military in the world, with the largest arsenal in the world. What's the easiest way to beat it without getting smash faced in the process? Spread it out and exhaust immediate supplies and forces. (left out a word the first comment)

Overstretching just like Nazi Germany did in WW2

But ask any MAGA moron about their military and they'll mindlessly repeat the line, "USA military is the greatest in the world and could totally beat every other country combined!"

There are literal videos of this uploaded to YouTube and I just can't with these people. They're so fucking delusional.

#3 All signs point to Open AI lying about not allowing surveillance and autonomous bombs. They just don’t want the scrutiny.

Yeah. The moment that ANY other company agreed to the contract, we should have known it meant they saw the objections and didn't plan on arguing about it with the Pentagon/DoD.

Which means that Altman is culpable.

They want to remove the ability to blame someone, and point to AI. So we should be able to hold the company itself accountable.

It's like Skynet saying "I built this robot army that can kill all humans, why am I getting in trouble for that!?"

Also, Altman has been accused of being a rapist too https://fortune.com/2025/01/08/openai-sam-altman-sister-rape-sexual-abuse-court-case-lawsuit/

it will be years, but it'll be a helluva settlement they'll win

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

settlement against whom? The government?
When Trump is dead and gone?

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yes, the families who suffered from wrongful termination will sue the federal government and likely win some sort of settlement. In terms of executive actions, for whatever it's worth, the idea of the president being immune is fair. Not the immunity that Trump claims, but the personal liability for non-criminal activity.

Pedodorito rapist pig dishonors every soldier killed by being alive. He called them losers. They died because of him, the biggest loser to evrr exist. If he feels he's losing face or losing control there will be a draft. Our young will die once more for the greedy hubris if one inhuman monster.

Thank you George, you are doing a great service by keeping us informed.

Talk about dishonoring…… he showed up to the return of the deceased wearing a baseball cap and couldn’t even bother taking it off.

And apparently even Fox news knew that was bad, so aired old footage instead.

#7 Which Rep. Collins was this? The link references the FBI saying there was no risk, nothing about Collins?
