Why do I always end it with unrelated Belgian techno anthem Pump Up The Jam

Apparently Palentir is using Discord to ID people for dissent and protestersspecifically. Names, address, email, phone number. Just spreading the information.

My jam is now pumped. My day is now made. And my booty is now on the dance floor. *raises glass filled with top shelf bubbly gravy*

#2 pretty much anyone can nominate. Hitler was nominated, Trump was. Peace prize is overrated. One year Al gore won because he talked about climate change and that year Irena Sendler was nominated and she rescued 2500 children during WWII.

And also I want to add Barack Obama won the prize while US had a record amount of conflict activites in different countries and also record amount of black ops missions without the country knowing US military being there.

Hot take (don't hate me please): I hate PMJ. I feel like what they do is soulless, and bland. I see no love or artistry. Just the gimmick. Just playing to an alogrythm. "What if we take X song and play it in Y style" That went viral before, lets just do it over and over again. And usually it doesn't feel like the new style puts a new light on the song, like when Cash did "hurt". or Aretha Franklins version of "respect". (please don't throw stuff at me!)

100% agree! PMJ and Pomplamoose doing covers of Black artists is the worst. Literal cringe inducing.

#1 I love PMJ and have seen them in concert a couple times. I have a special needs Grandson and when he was 3 or so we were cuddling in a porch hammock and he was playing the intro to Creep by PJM over and over, and it's become one of my favorite memories. We were going to take him to a PMJ concert and he was too ill that day, so we took my 80+ year old mom. She LOVED it. Turns out it was her first "concert" like that. Go PMJ!!!

I've heard the odd song of theirs, been meaning to give them a proper listen but haven't yet... this was a good reminder. :)

I love them; some of the stuff is really off the wall (Bluegrass version of 'Anaconda' which, from the video, one guy's chosen instrument is 'small dog'), others are much better than the originals since their take is more appropriate (Doo wop version of 'Mmmbop' - the lyrics are kind of depressing despite the upbeat tone, and doo wop has all of that). They're all awesome, though.

That's sweet. I really love Guardians of the Galaxy and literally my favorite opening is the acoustic Creep in vol 3. Rocket is just my fuckin jam. He's the best

I grew fond of PMJ after I discovered them backing Puddles the clown https://youtu.be/VBmCJEehYtU

And then you say something sexy like," Would you sort out the recycling?" And I'm like " Ah yeah, Its business time."

Oh even though I posted already, you are an absolute bastard for this!

Brushing your teeth is an integral and necessary preparation in order to get ready for business time

Then you go sort out the recycling. It's not part of business time, but it is still very important
