I only want to know one simple thing!

While using Discord, I wanted to italicize some text. I didn’t see the familiar B I U formatting buttons, so I quickly searched “how to italicize on discord.”

THIS is what I should have gotten:

That’s 52 words. The formatting quickly draws attention to the answer, so I only need to read a mere 8 words to get what I need.

I typed this efficient answer for the purpose of this post, because if this simple answer exists somewhere on the internet, it is buried under a bunch of shit like this:

We're already 104 words in. Was it necessary to begin by explaining how italics are used? Why the hell would someone search for "how to italicize" if they didn't know what italics meant?
Fuck's sake. At least it looks like we're close to the answer. That #1 certainly suggests I'm about to find the information I need.
