Obligate Carnivore: Some carnivores, called obligate carnivores, depend only on meat for survival. Their bodies cannot digest plants properly. Plants do not provide enough nutrients for obligate carnivores. All cats, from small house cats to huge tigers, are obligate carnivores.

Obligate Carnivore doesn't mean they only eat meat. It means they NEED to eat meat (or at least obtain the nutrients from it). Wolves and wild cats all eat things like grass to help with digestion and will snack on anything that smells nice.

I rest my case. Not that I had one, but you argument re: so-called "obligate carnivores" is therefore invalidated. Sorry, OP.

Same. I have never known a cat not to absolutely shred its owner into bloody smithereens over an entire stick of cold butter stolen right off the dinner table.
