ACA rate hikes are starting to come out and it's like... $10k-$20k for households earning $80k. Lots of people (est. 20m) are just gonna go without, that older set of Americans (50s, 60s) are going to see the biggest hikes.
Expect incumbent Republicans to decide not to run.
