Steak strip was on sale. Butter and a bit of olive oil. Sprankle some salt. 2 minutes on high. (Maybe just 1)

Flip. Put in oven at 350° for 7-10 minutes. This really depends on thickness and how you like it. I like it rare

Take out and let rest with more butter.

Mushrooms and onions cut while steak was in the oven.

Put in the pan with the steak butter and goodness. (After you take the steak out to rest)

I like pepper.

Splash of whiskey (or wine or stock) while the shrooms and onion cook.

Getting there. Add more butter/whiskey/wine/stock as needed

After rested. Oh hell ya. Thats how i like it.

I like a lot of shrooms and onions. Its not very photographic, lol
