I'm moving to London from Central Florida to get my Master's degree, so I started collecting some of my favorite places to remember before they all change.

Here, you can see the way to the ol camping grounds where high schoolers went to drink and smoke and do mushrooms.

A little bit farther down the way.

That's a big tree. It just looks small because you're far away. It gets bigger.

The blue trail of this section of the Florida trail. Marked to be seen by teenagers who may be drunk or high while camping.

Here's a creepy half buried bit of concrete. Good times were spent postulating it's original purpose.

That's a big ol gopher tortoise hole. All kinds a critters live in these dens together, gopher tortoises obviously being the wisest.

Here's a big ass pile of dead wood. Bet your ass some nasty varmints call this place home.

I've spent many hours in this state forest. Not all of them lost, but some.

That's a big ol tree. You drive around it, unless you're a drunk dumb fuck, in which case you drive right into it and die. RIP Sammy.

I almost died on this bench after chugging four lokos when I was 17.

The local boy scouts built this blind to look at some dope ass nature without having the nature look back.

That's Rex, the field guide. He may not get you back home the right way, but you can bet your ass you're gonna have a good time in his paws.

Some natural woods Central Florida style. Pretty sure a witch lives up in there.

The next stop, where teenagers go to smoke their first pack of cigarettes they got their 18 year old friend to buy for them.

Pine woods and sand hills. All just go together like rice and pudding.

These trees had a little too much to drink, like some of their admirers.

Don't want no scrubs? Don't go to the Sandhills.

Here's a pretty bush. Apparently, this is a rare plant in these parts.

IDK what this is, but it grows in my yard and I like it.

I'm gonna make another post with some more cool spots around the greater Orlando area, spots I both love and recommend. The prospect of moving all the way to London scares the shit out of me, but it's time to cowboy up and do what I gotta do.
