That’s jst sell by. Crackers will still be good - they expect a month or so at the consumers house.

Retired from product marking industry. That sell by date is merely marketing and legalese to protect the company from any possible lawsuits resulting from eating a product that might, possibly really, be expired. In truth, the product will be safe to eat way past that suggested sell by date. The worst thing that might happen is that all the cooking oil will settle in the bag... Ugh! Disclaimer: Don't take advice from an internet rando like me, but... Experience!
