For the first one, i dont think alone is enough to disqualify someone. Sex work is real work and theres no good reason it should be illegal, regulated yes, but not illegal. The question you really should ask yourself is: Is sex work really something that needs disclosed openly, or is it just that person's business that we have no business pursuing, digging into or shaming?
One CAN argue that her covering it up isn't helping the conversation, but neither is having a de facto stance that people deserve to be dragged into the light, especially when that light is going to be used as an excuse to shame them as it's kinda being done here.
