Report and move on. Which I know is borderline pointless thanks to business daddy, not to mention unsatisfying. But it's the least shitty option. This fuckhead's just going to keep making new accounts until they get bored and find somewhere else to dump their impotent rage.

I think the best course is choosing a phrase and only engaging with said phrase. "Fuck off Mars" for example. It acts as a warning to other users to not engage in good faith. It's also not very fun for trolls if they just get bombarded with the same comments over and over, they won't keep replying. Most of them use several new accounts a day so blocking an individual is worse than pointless. It takes as long to type to fuck off Mars is does to block a user.
