I don't believe that. I think it's unnecessary hyperbole. I think they're ignorant as can be & disinclined to critical thought, & many suffer from the handicap of sheer unmitigated stupidity. But to be guilty of something like genocide, they'd individually have to have the intent to destroy a people. I honestly believe these MAGAts are just too fucking stupid -- most of them -- to comprehend what their anointed one and his handlers are doing. Theirs is a faith-based stupidity.
