Official Acts exemption thanks to Supreme Court - Trump v United States (2024). If the Hatch Act even applied to the President, which it doesn't. Now, this does probably violate the emoluments clause, but Congress has proven it's not going to impeach Trump over mere flagrant constitutional violations.
