Punk seems to arrive in France around 1974 from the U.K, and gains popularity during summer 76' with the first european punk festival in Mont-de-Marsan (South-West of France). It started as an underground movement (obv).
Some texts are quite conventional, pointing out commonplaces (Sexe, fric & politique by Les Sales Majestés, 2001), other more engaged (Existence saine by Les Cadavres, 1989).
