Agreed I still do moderate weight training but most of my efforts these days are with Yoga and cardio.
I'll be the only guy at the nursing home who can bend over and touch his toes. Those silver foxes are gonna be all up in my biddness

Steroid injections, physical therapy and lot of patience help to get better. Took me 4 years. And I'm still not 100%

That's only talking about static stretching alone. 5 min jog, 10 min static, 10 min dynamic, exercise.
It specifically states that warmups are very helpful while stretching alone is not.
