#31 not true, the FCA are a toothy regulator and regularly level significant fines, enforce rules and control lending/product decisions for UK banks. They removed all flat rate overdraft fees, (along with the PRA) brought in mandatory refunds for APP victims. The FCA can do everything up to and including removing of a banking license. Iād wish they would exercise that power more regularly š

The new logo is the least of their problems. That concept electric car looks like shit. Then again if I had the money for that car, I'd probably "restomod" an XJS instead. So I doubt I'm anywhere near their target audience.

That car did its job. Everyone was talking about it in places where they would never have talked about Jaguars before. Like here, and still now.
It was fundamentally one of the best advertising campaigns I've ever seen, and that's even before anyone had watched the walk around and seen what the little door in front of the passenger door was for. If those kids could read etc. etc.
On that note, I'd also get a restomod XJS or an XJR. I used to have an S-Type.
