I love John Frieda and Toni&Guy conditioners but I think any conditioner will do the job really. I usually leave it in for 10 mins for 1/3

Stop using flat irons, curling irons and/or hair dryers. Also use Argan oil in your hair daily.

Diet maybe? I've heard foods high in mono and polyunsaturated fats are good for hair. Also vitamin C, iron, and vitamin E.

Try Vidal Sassoon Moisture Lock conditioner. My hair is bleached and curly (so pretty dry), and it makes it look, feel, and smell amazing.

To add to this, bathe your BODY everyday but wash your hair less. 2-3 times a week is plenty for most people. Sounds weird but it works.

Lots of folks saying this doesn't work for them. SOMETIMES for SOME, overwashing is what makes your hair greasier. But everyone is different
