Pentagon is free to not buy the best AI on the market.

Is Anthropic a publicly traded company, perchance?

Musk will likely fill in and put some extra cruelty in Grok for fun. And some backdoors for auctioning later on.

Anthropic should create a special AI model to be used by the Department of war. Always target Trump.

“The party of small government”, everyone.

IMO, AI and LLM's should be made illegal.

Trump was the one saying you can't use laws to control AI, so hes getting what he wanted by having the AI company do what they want instead

The Prez is one of the most poorly educated men in the world. But, he thinks he is smarter than the people who developed AI. Money can buy a diploma, but cannot educate you. AI should NOT be in control of our nukes. In war games, AIs decided to use nukes in 95% of the scenarios. The only reason to push this is to get us to Armageddon. No one will remember Him after we are wiped out. The Rich think they can survive in a bunker. Enjoy!

They will fill them with little girls!

Wow. It seems that the orange shitgibbon hasn't seen any of the iconic movie demonstrations showing why disrespecting an AI is a really bad idea.

They're a private business and they've probably got the best model on the market right now. UI isn't as fancy or fast as GPT or Gemini but it's the most useful imo. Beyond that, the only other algos that are useful are the ones made by china.

You are correct. They said out of all the commercial AI systems there’s was the only one that passed security tests and would be able to keep classified information contained.

"I AM THE LAW"

I think if Trump had to face that kind of Judge, the outcome would not be good for him.

donald and his puppeteers have another company they want to do business with, Or manipulte Anthro. Last I heard was they want to go public.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

They publicly defied him. That'd be enough.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Dems should stop calling him President Trump, and start calling him Whiner-in-Chief

The rich put a monster into power thinking they control it. There us eventually a phase of history where they find out not only do they not control it, but it turns in them and threatens to devour them. Here us trump saying "we don't need YOU". The next step in facist history is "we're taking over this company for government security". They replace the rich person with a loyalist lap dog and move to the next business.

This man is gonna get us nuked, won't he?

Well..this is going to hurt my tech stocks.

'We are already looking into using better stuff from 'VladPoot Enterprises'. they even said it would be free!'...

Hopefully this accelerates the so-called-AI implosion

Totally normal tweet from a totally rational human who is definitely capable and fully in control of his emotions and is totally able to run a nation.

1 month ago | Likes 64 Dislikes 0

Dude, that's not even him typing that shit. Its legible.

1 month ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Yeah thats what I thought too. Its scary to think that there is someone there that types shit like that for him and doesnt think to NOT type it.

Its good for Anthropic to be destroyed, no matter who is doing it

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Another tantrum that will co$t the taxpayer a bundle. Total fucking brat.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They clearly did need and want it, or they wouldn't have been using it...

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What is Anthropic actually asking them not to do though? I tend to think this is more related to safety than IP protection. (Though, your AI behaving unexpectedly in a military situation wouldn't be great for the IP either...)

I think i read it had something to do with facial recognition of american citizens.

Hegseth wants AI to have the physical ability to fire weapons. This will eliminate humans from the command chain. AI won’t disobey an illegal order.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

"Mass domestic surveillance" and "fully autonomous weapons". Yes, really.

1 month ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

Specifically they don't want THEIR product used that way and made no attempt to force the US to do anything. Therefore they are clearly traitors and lefties who hate America. So are any aviation companies that don't want their products used to commit genocide. As are any gun companies that don't want their weapons used to exclusively kill children.

1 month ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Probably has some prime directives like 'don't shoot unarmed people or men guarding children with their bodies without weapons' that would get in the way of really leveraging the tech as intended.

1 month ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

From what I understand (and this is a gross oversimplification), Anthropic is not allowing the Pentagon to use it's technologies for automated weapons.

1 month ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Yep. They're insisting that THEIR product and ONLY THEIR PRODUCT is not to be used in a way they do not approve of. The response of the US government? Throw a tantrum like fucking children. They could have just said "Fine, we'll go with your competitors." Instead they're trying to declare the company a "Supply Chain Risk" which effectively means they're saying no companies that do business with the US government may do business with Anthropic.

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Didn't after saying they we're a "supply chain risk" then threaten them with the Defense Production Act and eminent domain?
