If you ever do want to move into a healthier lifestyle do it one small step at a time. Change one simple carb source to a complex carb, such as white rice to brown rice. Or one lower calorie protein source like beef to chicken. Once one change has become a habit, add new one. And try to find exercises you enjoy. Yeah that's what I found works best too. I started years ago cutting out certain snacks one at a time (easy quick win) and slowly worked towards smaller portions.

It hasn't always been progress (and covid was a huge backslide) but it's more sustainable than anything else I've tried.

*you can also flip around your routine. Depending on your split you can try hitting legs when youre fresher in the week. Or separately from upper body, or together with upper body.

Or separate leg days into hitting the different groups like glute/ham/abductor day, and a quad/calves/adductor day, squat day, deadlift day. But if you're hitting one group hard give it a rest day or two, while hitting other areas

Hahaha yeah, Im 6'3 gaining strength and size at a constant 260 for years. I've had to go up to only 2x and 3x shirts cuz of traps lifting, shoulders and lats widening. And a lot of my fairly recently bought boxers are too tight around my glutes and hips now.

Try switching up how you hit legs, add a new movement, or angles/feet placement, holds/eccentrics, drop sets, making sure you're going to, or near, failure in a safe way, Myo reps. You can add a bit more protein/creatine after leg days.
