Pizza Margarita and Pizza Marinara have come to be my favorite.

You're not going to find the same pizza in MN, but the deep dish from Green Mill is pretty good.

If menstruation with a yeast infection were a pizza

If you’re missing the tavern style, America’s Test Kitchen has a killer recipe for it.

Heh. Overestimated how the motz would spread on this one.

But why do you make your own subpar pizza instead of one that is above par?

You're supposed to bake the basil with the pizza tho.

Usually only a little to perfume the pizza. I'm in the camp of leaving it raw for max flavor.

Fair enough it's your food, but may I suggest using Basil pesto as dipping sauce then?

Sometimes I drizzle pesto right on it.

NY pizza is... fine. Chicago style thin crust is best, tho.

yep. NY style has its place. Chicago tavern thin, cut in squares, is a step above

Bar pizza is a poor imitation of Chicago-style thin, which has actual herbs and a sauce that's good enough that people don't try to mask it.
