Text on sign reads:
Monday, February 16th, 2026 at 8:45 am at this location, a man was kidnapped by federal ICE agents. Likely a food delivery driver, he parked in the handicap space, with hazard lights on, a foot from the curb, clearly not expecting to stay long
clearly not expecting to be kidnapped.
His car was left here with hazard lights flashing until the battery died. It remained here for four days. On February 19th 2026 in the morning a locksmith arrived on behalf of the family to recover the vehicle. He said it was the fifth such ICE ghost car he has recovered so far in Philadelphia
"so far..."

You would think an agency with any kind of rapport would notify the families of those who were taken. They should at least know who they kidnapped.

Ha, they killed a disabled and blind man by not notifying family. They dropped him off in the alleyway next to a CLOSED coffee shop in the 34F weather and left him to die. He wandered lost for 6 miles and was only found 5 days later. Nurul Amin Shah Alam. He was here legally, everyone including illegal immigrants deserve basic human rights like not being kicked out of the car into a snow bank in the middle of night.

That is fucked up EVEN BY ICE STANDARDS.
