Disney showed their ass back in February when they bent the knee to Trump, they back-stepped from internal DEI programs. The backlash came in many forms from many directions. A good sign of what the public can do against these types and government overreach when it comes together. I'm also happy Kimmel refused to apologize and pay money.
A lost for Trump who was just bragging Kimmel being taken off air.
Trump has used every heart string pulling and constitutionally patriotic issue he campaigned on for votes and done just the opposite once he got the votes.
If Dem Prez did same FauxNews would be off the air.

I’m all for free speech but FauxNews needs to not be taken off the air but pay fines for every lie they spew. I can understand if they presented the news like a satire like the daily show or even the Colbert report but those shows were/are satire. Whereas FauxNews comes off like real news and that should come with consequences.

I absolutely agree. The damage they do is tremendous.
If your local network evening news skewed the news or said as much f'd up stuff like "just kill them" they would at worst be fined many times by now. ...if not kicked off the air after several warnings and fines
