I was a TA at a very highly regarded university globally. I would have been roasted over coals if I gave that paper a C. There was NOTHING in that paper that would be considered of any merit (content, adherence to requirements, citations). So it's a zero.

The closest references i saw to the Bible were the part beginning, "In Genesis, God says that it is not good for man to be alone..." and, "The Bible says that our lives are not our own..." but she didn't cite the verses that say that or any other part, so even if it were true, it's not properly sourced.

It’s a document that a lot of people take seriously. As such, properly referencing it in support of your own opinion would have some value at least.
In a somewhat similar example, if someone is writing a paper on economics, they would reference the opinion papers of prominent economists because a lot of people would take those opinions as having authority on the subject at hand.
