I'm a male combat Veteran with ADHD, so I have very little in common with the 96.4% of SLPs who are female, and of course, few are Veterans.
Nobody in my program was.
SLP programs are for good students with good support systems.
The mom of one of my classmates died and she was only able to miss a few classes.
They promise the sky, but are extremely inflexible.
