Very annoyed and hoping I didn't re injured it. I stopped using the secondhand boot as it was painful. I'll call tomorrow to see if I can get one prescribed, get a proper fitting one with all the parts to make it fit right.

This is your life now. You will randomly wake up in the middle of the night and it hurts. The next morning it will be fine.

Its been doing this for years. But the foot is extra painful, and I'm really getting annoyed. I have a show this summer!

I still don't know what happened. I put my foot down and it was like ice or butter. I very nearly did the splits. I scared the bird.
