If you dont want to be arrested, prosecuted or executed this might be handy 1) acquiring your drone, a cash purchase is obvious and as this drone isn't going to have a long life a used drone bought person to person is even better. If you're going to fully commit I would suggest burner phone+Faraday cage for your digital security and surgical mask+glasses so you don't get "flocked"

For mobile vehicles you kamikaze the oil/sand drone into the vehicle windscreen to obscure driver vision
