He looks even worse than I remember.
There's a lot of space in the US, and we don't have to start with high speed rails to be useful. I can guarantee you a train between Rexburg Idaho and Provo Utah, would have a significant amount of ridership. There are lot's of places a train would make a major impact, but ultimately we lack the public will. America is so trained to think cars are superior, that as a culture, we prioritize infrastructure that is less efficient.
Cost is a red herring. It's about consistent ongoing government investment. China has been building out this system for decades and it's all sorts of trains at all sorts of speeds. The US doesn't have to start with expensive bullet trains to build a useful system. The main issue is sections of US leadership have been trying to dismantle transit (Amtrak) in the US instead of build it. The US would rather give tax cuts to companies that build out infrastructure.
Wild that Spain or the netherlands leaving isn't enough. Good job Nemo
It's a diagram of the poor soul who died in the nutty putty caves.
If you don't want Christmas in November, go write some good Thanksgiving songs.
What's the anime
POWER OVERWHELMING
This ruins the boat.
oh nauuuuurrrrrrrrr!
Bird proof your windows! It'll save lives!
May his words live on.
Don't forget they also commuted George Santos' sentence (basically a pardon).
Seems like one for the stupid food subreddit.
The dumbest, bestest baby.
Fun fact. Not trees! just a wierd variety of grass!
And you're not wrong. Heavy moral corruption. Anti BDS laws in the US had me mad at republicans and Israel before I even began to have had a handle on Israel's politics.
It's pretty bad right now, but corruption in the west isn't really a new thing.
Missing Audio: "Hahaha! I'm covering up my insecurities by teaching people far more qualified than me about 'warrior ethos'. Look at my skateboard! I'm not a 'yes' man at all!" ........ Narrator: But he was in fact quite the 'yes' man.
And the horrors of this administration persist a little longer.
Seems like we should expect this from the administration that defunded cancer research.
Classic Tom Cardy. I listen to H.S. on bad days. He's fantastic.
You can't logic someone out of a position they didn't logic themselves into. A really good book called 'the quite damage' talks about the huge amount of work it takes to help someone come back from conspiracies, and it's possible, but it's a lot.
Also, I think typos are ok when you're appropriately angry.
We could do SO MUCH GOOD STUFF if we didn't funnel all our money to billionaires and corrupt politicians. Wildlife bridges, energy transitions, subsidies to get away from single use plastic, solving invasive species, new research. I'M SO MAD WE FUNNEL ALL OUR MONEY TO PEOPLE WHO ARE ALREADY WEATHY. *Angry breathing noises*
Don't forget Northern mocking birds, who will make you think 10 different bird species are singing to you if you're using the merlin app.
The idea of using AI to put someone is recently dead to into any sort of video or any creative material is straight up insane. It's disrespectful to the good dead, and extends the voice of the bad dead.
This is so stupid I love it.
Incredible play
