I truly hate that Herbert went with that name. He wanted a Russian soundin name for the bad guy and in all of his wisdom he chose a non-Russian, Finnish name (though even managed to spell it incorrectly since it should be Harkkonen).
What I'm saying is that the title had 2 english words and one of them was "and". I would assume you can do at least that much without using any translators? If you do need help with that, I think google translator would be enough. For bigger more complex text like the reply here, using deepl seems more reasonable but even then, using AI is not great for the enviroment. Just one text prompt will use about 0,5 litres worth of CLEAN water.
I mean, please consider the enviroment even a little. Using an AI slop translator for that title is so pointless.
