Hell, I was taught that in college.
I had to do the final project for my freshman year twice. One was presented with zero effort but the machine worked. The other had a great presentation with no working machine. Guess which one got the passing grade.
You'd think it'd be counter-intuitive, but really he's living the dream. He avoids responsibility by not accepting it. Proving he can get away with making money in extremely stupid ways and putting the consequences on others is what makes him their idol.
Words don't hurt them. I'm still kind of amazed no one has figured that out yet.
