#26 awwww, thank you 🥰
Thank you 😭😭 it took me ~32 hours. I designed the back in Excel using conditional formatting so I wouldn't have to manually colour in the squares.
Lol, pretty much! The teacher I'm making it for loves cheetah print and the colour brown so that was my inspiration behind it!
Thank you!!! This was unexpected to see this morning
Thank you!
I have turkeys. Mailman made the mistake of giving them food one time.
Look at all the trees!!
That is the Naomi in question. This picture was taken about three weeks after for hip got dislocated. It's still dislocated but it doesn't bother her much
2/2 we can't afford the $11K it would take for a total hip replacement. The vet said she is managing okay and she is still able to run and get around alright. So she is on pain management and joint supplements for the rest of her life
The hardest part of putting my husky Maru down - terminal cancer, he was 12 - was coming home to his sister and litter mate Naomi. For 12 years they were never apart for longer than 8 hours. She just seemed to get sadder and sadder and wouldn't sleep unless I slept next to her. My brother had moved out with his husky, who had lived with us for seven years, and he took Naomi in since she knew his dog. They are all doing great, but she recently permanently dislocated her hip. 1/2
Autumn Voyage soundtrack was playing in an exhibit at the San Antonio children's museum a few weeks back and I was transported to my late teens.
Anything below 78F and I have to wear a hoodie in the house. 79 is okay but not at night.
Drove past a house in rural Texas that was flying both a confederate flag and a rainbow flag. It was surreal.
Nah man, what if AI imhas figured out who in the friend circle is the weakest link. Then they target them with ads. Eventually that person breaks down and buys it. Then loves it. Then tells their friends all about it. And they keep feeling the need to just rave about the product. Until suddenly more and more of the people in the friends group have to have it. Until eventually it becomes a necessity.
My three huskies are just like that except bottle rockets don't bother them either. They just lay on the front porch (rural and end of day so they are to tired to be doing anything but chill on the porch) and watch.
#4 I always think of the bell
My mother-in-law somehow became anti-vax in the past month and I shut her down tonight when she brought it up real quick. My Aunt contracted polio as a kid and is in a wheelchair. My dad was one of the first kids lined up at school to get the vaccine. Sure as shit she would rather have the smallpox vaccine than small pox. She bad mouthed the COVID vaccine saying we were lied to but I lost friends to COVID prior to a vaccine.
Sucks but at least the age appropriate kids could play safely
The toddlers mom got up and started following her son to watch out for him. No one said anything to the teens - probably because no one wanted to be recorded and end up on the Internet being called Karen. Hell, I was too chick shit to address them directly. Figured I had to leave anyway so I got up to find my kids at stopped at the front desk to let the employees know. They made an announcement a couple minutes later and sent an employee over to monitor the area.
I felt a little bad a few weeks back. I was at an indoor trampoline park type thing and a group of six or so teenage boys came over to the young kids area. It's posted very clearly it's for 7 years and younger and 52" in height or shorter. One of the teens even pointed the sign out to his buddies. They brushed it off at started playing in the structure. They got loud and we're running around. My kids were elsewhere but there was a little toddler trying to play and the teens nearly stepped on him
#6 this is the first time in years I've seen a Wooster and Jeeves reference. Giving you an award just for that!
I can only answer that the last clip was probably from the Detective Conan anime series.
Illinois Train Museum in Union Illinois recently had their Thomas the tank engine day. The car it has looks just like one of the ones in service when I went on July the 4th. Be pretty neat if it was the IRM. Largest train museum in the USA.
Case in point, Discord from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
Not in defense of anyone, but my Mom's hand bruises if I shake her hand firmly. Not squeeze, but just firm. She's gone to the doc and they said she is fine. She is 67 years old.
There would be no treats left anywhere except his personal stash if this dog was him
Have you ever seen your wife in the room at the same time as Gary Oldman?
My mom threw a package of frozen ribs on the ground in the living room and screamed at us, pointing that it was still frozen and that she told us to thaw it for her before she left. Her memory is terrible and she never said anything to us about it. Her issues with memory is now a running joke in the family. I now know that what happened was her having a meltdown and I strongly suspect she is undiagnosed ASD.
Epstein died because his list was long and crossed all political lines. For decades it will never be released.
