I'm going to go ahead and say that if Bucky is disabled, it's got nothing to do with his arm and everything to do with his crippling trauma. If anything his arm is better than a normal human arm. He is additionally-abled in that regard.

There was a very contrived (in my opinion) time travel plot regarding Lucifers future child that felt very misplaced compared to the rest of the series. I didn't enjoy it at all but your experience may vary. Just my opinion.
