This insanely strong push to get everyone to return to work is kinda ridiculous. I'm leaving my company because they are refusing to do any reasonable accommodations for disabilities related to wfh.
I'm worried that if any Republican gets into office after he is in jail... they will pardon him.

Also, from the photos it looks like your print bed is a bit high. Drop the z-offset. That will give you better adhesion.

Get glue sticks. It looks like your print isn't sticking and then getting caught during the x&y movement. Once it gets cause it'll keep >>
