My understanding is if you take a loan against stock or some other collateral, you have to liquidate that collateral before its value drops below some margin. So if you have $100 in stock and you take out a loan for $90 you have to sell the stock to pay back the loan if it drops below $95.

If I remember, at one point to be a "robot" it had to independently respond to external stimulus. So traffic lights with a censor are a very basic robot. This is just moving stuff with magnets. Now it there's a computer looking at it and deciding what to do, might be a robot.
