Always eating, always lifting.

The only thing keeping you back is discipline.

Poor guy. Doesn't realize that others have different lives than they do...

I do have some progress pics I've been dropping along the way.

Thank you :D

For sure :) Definitely allowing myself the occasional "cheat". I'm just looking forward to eating like a normal person again.

That said, it IS weird to get looks every now and then. Definitely a bit of a different vibe than when I was obese.

Mostly, I've added 30 years back to my lifespan. I'm able to enjoy my family without being in pain. And I'll be there for my kids as adults

Super proud :D

Thanks man, I'm 6'3", so fat distribution is kind, for the most part.

Thanks! Lots of food and lifting. Weight loss was just calorie counting. Bulking was also CICO, but at a surplus. Lots of protein.

You're gonna crush it man!

the fact that the US isn't "first" in a lot of negative categories people claim, because they ignore the statistics that matter.

You can be upset at the argument, which I would have assumed you would have realized the generality of it, by now, but it doesn't change

I use "you" as a broad term to refer to the myriad of other countries with significantly higher debt to GPD ratios and suicide rates than US

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

This is why I say you can't take ONE legislative policy... then try to compare the two countries and why we should follow in your steps.

We're not even top 15. If mental health is the issue, when why is that the case? Why do you have higher debt to GDP? Why more homeless?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And while I know you talk about better mental health.... you and other countries like yours are top in the list for suicide rate.

Because we have guns. Because people are legally allowed to protect themselves. Guy in UK was jailed for defending himself in his own home

If breakins didn't result in people getting raped and murdered in record numbers like in the UK, I would too, but they don't here.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

See... considering that gun crime is so low compared to how MANY guns there are, I'm also not worried. If I had 6x the violent crime I would

We do, too. In MKE, our public schools have the highest spending per student in the country, and they schools and education still suck.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

LOL it's definitely more than 21 weeks, but I see your point. Our cops suck.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yup. It's also used 500k to 3 milllion times a year to save lives. So...250 homicides vs that many lives saved? Easy decision.

You can burn the US flag here. You just have to deal with the angry republicans who don't understand freedom of speech.

Why is TV public access? Especially when it's horribly biased and skewed toward government?
