Not quite right in the head, but in the happy fun way.
I work in a not for profit childcare centre. Child care and early learning are essential public services.
In Canada troops need to get a minimum of $10k. Enough to cover burial. We have a company, SISIP that we can get insurance from. Its cheap and a good deal. I kept $300k coverage after I retired.
Make them buy it through their unions so police unions have a financial incentive to get rid of bad cops.
