I agree with that, I'm sure it's a mixture of reasons that need addressing but doubt they are any more lazy than myself.

I see they then made it about funds but if anything by posting the picture they were trying to suggest that they were soing well (2/2)
They seem to be trying to imply that the hole isn't large enough to need fixing not that they disn't have the funds (1/2)
I'm sure it did, nick-named Wanksey after famous British street artist Banksey.
Although many see it as a bribe as the DUP wouldn't have likely made a deal with Torries to keep them in power without it.
It wasn't to the DUP it was to Northern Ireland, for things like infrastructure etc though wouldn't trust DUP they are completly backwards
but they were saying that it didn't need to be fixed at all, not that it was a lower priority.
That sort of environment isn't helping the kids at all though.

The southern Irish do, Unfortunately, the Northern Irish accent is not anywhere near as nice. Type Belfast accent into youtube. Horrible!
It was a youth festival i think it was 16 years to get in, might have been even younger.
I think this was actually in Northern Ireland, I'm from there and remember seeing the vid last summer. I could be wrong though. Upvoted 4u
