It's not recommended melted cheese then colded then melted again end bad and feels like plastic. You usually don't eat the "crust" of the cheese when you melt it so it's a little bit less

This brie was probably made for a better melting point and purpose to be smelted. note this one is vegan so completely different. Nice. I usually don't recommend AOP Brie (original recipe) because Brie is usually thick skinned and marble, not great for melting (Not the worst)
For a cheap alternative just uses Camembert. (No need for a specific AOP cheese) Take the one with wooden case (remove any plastic if there is) and put the camembert with the wooden case in the grill/oven. (Could work with Brie but would not recommended it). Wine not needed but it's better, white wine only no red.
My thought yeah, it look like classic steamed dumpling but also cheesy. I've never saw the steamed one with cheese

As someone who love events but has a lot of anxiety, try costume event, with mask and stuff (like this one) if i'm doing a persona for the event, with goal, masked face and stuff, my anxiety just go away and it's all just fun, kind and good stories
Tyranids are the only "good" guys in the whole Warhammer. They are just hungry starving animals that want foods to eat. If you're hungry, they are hungry too, let them enter
I think they are one of the most neutral of TOW, as someone say before they're only motivated by food (and gold a little bit) so much that you can recruit them for any war if you offert them foods in exchange BUT if your own enemie offer them more foods... You are doomed
