Honestly, I don't know, but I've read that Harley is facing hard times compared to how they used to sell.
They do assembly in America that's how they get away with saying Harley is made in America.
Yes some of their motors are made by Porsche, the frame is stamped made in mexico on most of them etc.
Except most Harleys are not made in American anymore....
