1.> Take loan out at VERY low interest rate with your stock as collateral(2%!?). 2.> Invest loan in something almost guaranteed to have a high interest return...SNP500@12%?? 3.> Pay back the 2% loan and keep the difference minus taxes.

"Dementia slurping" often refers to dysphagia, a common swallowing difficulty in dementia where cognitive issues affect the swallowing reflex, leading to signs like wet/gurgly voices, coughing, throat clearing, drooling....

I have many pieces of art that I've bought from artists that didnt turn out "exactly" the way I envisioned. Thats the difference between AI and a real artist. That is specifically the point I'm making as one of the differences. I dont have any of the generated pieces hung or framed. I enjoy looking at them just the same, and I've used the description from generating the AI piece as a way to define a piece I would like from a specific artist. I choose an artist based on their style.

Rich people loans dont work like ours. Their loans come at extremely low rates due to their property being collateral. Low risk. I now have 15 million dollars loaned to me at 5%. Stock market returns 10-15% yearly. Return on that @15% is 2,250.000/yr. Minus 750K interest. 700K Taxes. Thats 800K return per year? Maybe I'm wrong? (numbers are rough guesses) And I'm not even financial person so please tell me I'm wrong! Educate me! :)

Because I'm in a queue to have 3 pieces of artwork I paid for done. I've watched people be moved ahead of me in the queue. I've been patiently waiting 8 months. I cant be certain what I get will be what I like. I cant even be certain I will GET the art I paid for/requested. IF I was to use AI to generate art for me it would be entirely private and never redistributed or used for financial gain and I could have it redone until I get exactly what I want without annoying the artist.

They probably do have prices down. For the distributors/stores. That translates to higher profits for the companies. Its not something that will ever filter down to the person on the street. Always remember the common citizen isnt the "WE" that Donald Trump is referring to. Thats my best guess....

Colo literally has Fire and natural disaster protection built in. Feeds for both legs of power from two seperate power companies. Link has failover to second data provider. All of our hardware has redundancy. Networking/network appliances. Servers and services are both redundant. Yep. All of that you mentioned plus some. AND we regularly test failover.

Old newspapers soaked in water until they turn into paste, fertilizer of your choice, grass seed, and maybe water mixed in a bucket and sprayed/spread on the ground works well, too.
