That's the thing, she's not. She's thin yes, but not anorexic. At the absolute worst she might be on the road to it, but at the moment? No.
Pretty crazy how used to obesity we've become. She's not remotely anorexic; at worst she's on the lower end of the BMI scale.
Case in point, watch Into Darkness, but think of everything happening from Khan's perspective, particularly if you remember TOS.
