Boiling hot spiced bone broth with various cuts of meats and thin or flat rice noodles depending on region. Your meat is usually served raw or recently boiled in the soup as it's thin sliced, cooks really fast. Comes with bean sprouts, basil, jalapenos and lime; all raw to be cooked in the soup. I recc adding hoisin sauce to dip the meat, a few dribbles of fish sauce and Sriracha into the soup.

It's about an elf and her life after being part of the Hero's party to vanquish an demon lord. The story follows her journey and self reflection as elves age slower than humans. A unique take on the fantasy trope as they already defeated the "big bad".

Currently what I'm doing. Rip and tear the meat for rice and curry dishes. Use bones for pressure cooked soup. One whole chicken makes 2 weeks worth of meals for me.
