As someone who has done video compositing, it is not a simple as you would think. You would have to hand mask each one, frame by frame, ~30 frames per second. There are zooms, motion blur, and the camera is translating through 3D space. It would be a monumental pain in the ass to take a video of a handful and replicate them in 2D compositing. And with the parallax and blur it would not look convincing.

I doubt it. In some shots there is some odd creasing that is unusual for naturals but common for implants. Also in the second-last shot they bunch up near her collarbone but don't compress the way you would expect breast tissue and fat to, they compress as if they have an object inside that might be soft, but isn't capable of compressing the way human tissue can.

The reason these dingbats think cloud patterns are reused is because they are. Some images of Earth are composite images creating by stitching multiple images together, and sometimes they need to patch in some holes. Some images are created entirely digitally using Earth and cloud maps wrapped around a sphere and rendered. Since the could map gets reused, the patterns in the clouds reappear.
