And she was not happy about it in the slightest.

I already explained that in an exceedingly easy to understand way??? What are you struggling to understand here???

The difference between the value gain of the collateral and the value loss of the loan equals profit. Banks like profit.

I'm not trying to refute your claim, I'm saying the claim isn't of relevance towards the statistics issue. At best you presented some tangentially related information about the economic infeasibility of the industry (which I'm already informed about) but that doesn't actually tell me anything about whether the idiots who invested in it are actually starting to pull out their investment and to what degree they're doing so, which is the actual information I'm requesting here.

What I'm requesting here is an improved breakdown of the statistics used to support the narrative, not a rephrasing of the narrative.

Yes yes that's nice we all want the data centres shut down but that sentiment doesn't address the issue of misleadingly presented statistics, and we can't just allow ourselves to stop thinking critically about information presented to us just because the information happens to tell us what we want to hear.

As per my previous comment, now with upper cap letters to highlight an important part you ignored: "including those in the statistics WITHOUT FURTHER ELABORATION".
What this means, just to make it abundantly clear to you: the metric of delayed projects might not be entirely meritless, but it does need to be broken down further with details of documented reasons for the delays in order to present an accurate picture. At current, the video presents an inaccurate picture, possibly to deceive.

Yeah the "or delayed" is doing a lot of heavy lifting, and consolidating the two metrics renders the statement useless for actually evaluating how well the industry is doing. Construction projects being delayed is completely normal and happens for all kinds of reasons, so including those in the statistics without further elaboration just comes across as an attempt to inflate the numbers in order to push a narrative.

That guy certainly had an optimistic view of his own strength.

Strap fastening points being along the side of the truck, probably.

Rotated 90 degrees on the yaw axis, genius.

Correct. Lobe-finned fishes, specifically.

Big deal, I can skip leg day too.

Maintaining muscle is like 1/10 the work of gaining it though, so at least that part isn't unreasonable, particularly since you presumably built up the required habits to do so when getting that physique.
Maintaining the fat percentage there is a different issue though, that's definitely more of a short term thing.

Well the first step would be to not shop in the cheap garbage price range.

They shot at unions the last time they had to learn the lesson, so that's not a new tactic.

I believe they're making a joke, sir.

Nah there are more ways but it's one of the more convenient smoking guns.

That article seem to be describing the "war" as ongoing rather than lost though. Granted, it's 14 years old so something might've changed since then.

That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever and mostly comes across as complete word vomit. Entirely possible that someone made that weird-ass suggestion in a business meeting and got it approved though.

Better page loading times as well.

They're not at the level of intelligence outliers like corvids and parrots, but their intelligence is well studied for a number of cognitive abilities and they generally do decently well. And just because the point apparently needs to be laboured: they're K-strategists. You seem to have been a bit hard of reading when it comes to the whole main point of everything I said.

3 days ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Completely wrong, pigeons are K-strategists. They only produce clutches of 1-2 eggs at a time and heavily invests in their offspring. Overall they're not prone to Darwin themselves, if anything they're rather hardy as far as birds go.

We domesticated them in large part for their ability to do tasks with intelligence requirements, so...

#25 Oh good a new food eating method to disturb people when I'm at a social function.

It's not exactly an attack, the phrase originated from Wall Street where investors noted his tendency to do things that upset the market and then backing out of the decision. Thus, while pejorative it's intended more as a guiding principle for investment strategies in the Trump era in the sense that his policies end up being more like a series of temporary speed bumps than a permanent catastrophe. No one who says it actually want him to stick to his guns.
Overall, bit of a complex meme.

Classic mistake, making plans that depend on the rigidity of reindeers.

While evolution isn't really an intelligent process that can think, there wasn't any "forgetting". Skin is more resistant to the sun if your ancestry originated closer to the equator, and less resistant if your ancestry is closer to the poles since it became more important to maximise vitamin D generation from a limited amount of sunlight. It's why humans have different skin colours.
