It’s cooler that way, but in all seriousness the size of the collar and the size of the tie should dictate the knot, not the name

People need to sue for this more

I’m not sure of the state rules, but I don’t think you can get a mistrial for accidental disclosures when it’s your own fault

There’s ways to withdraw from representation without subjecting yourself to malpractice liability. This was truly a monumental oopsy.

Accidental disclosures happen all the time, the mistake was not replying that it was privileged. Jones’ lawyer was very inexperienced.

There’re way better ways that don’t involve blatant malpractice. This was just a massive mistake by an inexperienced lawyer.

You’d be surprised at how often accidental disclosures happen, there are rules to prevent client harm, none of which the lawyer used though

Another reason is that trial discovery for trial needs to be related to the case, otherwise trials could be used to harass/destroy privacy

Under the idea “if you’re innocent you have nothing to worry about,” there would be no protections to the right to privacy.

It’s a good question, the short answer is that privilege and evidentiary rules serve to protect public policy and/or constitutional rights

I disagree. It’s clear from the context of those statements that they represented they would not change it.

Let’s talk about every single republican voting against a bill to restrict gas price gouging.

Having read other ancient translated sources, no one actually knows what these sources said, it’s insane to base policy on them.

Do you also point with your whole hand palm out and arm fully outstretched? Cuz if so there are other issues

It’s kind of an illusion, the door has a frosted glass strip in the middle which is almost the same color as the wall.

Na I’m with ya, the filibuster is undemocratic, period. But you did call out Chuck, which is fair, but we gotta work with the system imo

I agree they could do more especially with the filibuster. But lets not blame center dems for republican obstinance to democratic principles

Listen this account has been hammering on about student debt like it’s the end of society. There’s a humanitarian crisis going on btw

There’s a ton of places in a small apartment to take a zoom call. If you have a chair, a desk/bed, and a clean wall you will be fine

Guys we found the Russian bot

Every republican president up til Reagan would be too honestly, and even Reagan knew what to do with Russian autocrats

Happy Birthday! I also hate doing dishes, but getting rubber gloves and a water resistant apron helped me get motivated to do them
